| In order to reserve a lead, you will need to pay an administration fee of £49.99 using the online Paypal service. Full details of the property will be sent out exclusively to your inbox on a first come, first served basis. Please note that the administration fee is non-refundable if you decide not to proceed with the purchase. In the unlikely event that vendor withdraws from the sale, or the information supplied in the alert is misleading or inaccurate, the administration fee will be refunded in full. |

| All leads are prequalified to confirm motivation and authenticity. Standard finder's fee of 2% is applicable on exchange of contracts unless stated otherwise in the relevant alert |

| We accept payment direct to the solicitor on completion or by cheque, banker's draft, credit and debit cards by prior arrangement. All cheques/bankers drafts must be made payable to Property Traders Platform. We are unable to accept cash payments. |
